School History

De –Joyland School is a crèche, nursery and primary school, situated at 5, Adesina close, Zada Estate, off Iwaya Road, Onike, Yaba, Lagos, Nigeria. It was founded on the 4th of October 2010. It offers a combination of the British National Curriculum and the Nigerian Curriculum.

De–Joyland School was born out of a rare passion, couched in commitment and resilience to educate the human mind, and raise kids who are going to become the beacon of hope and development in our nation and the world. Mrs. Abimbola Osagie, with 2 children; Joy Osagie and Iwajomo Busayo, kick-started what is today,  a household name. Hers is a clear testament to the dogeddness and courage of the human spirit. Mrs.  Osagie is a born teacher with distinction. She obtained her N.C.E in Accounting Education from Kwara State College of Education, Ilorin and B. Ed in Educational Management from the University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Kwara State.

 

What began as De –Joyland crèche in 2010 has since grown into a group which consists of the infant and junior school in Onike, Yaba, Lagos
